Who We Are

TPCS, Inc., is a minority-driven community-based organization designed to address the needs of underserved populations in Essex and Union Counties of New Jersey.

Our primary mission commits us to empowering underserved individuals with an initial focus on homeless individuals and children -- especially those who have been victims of domestic violence. Our goal is to develop and implement programs that facilitate a person's ability to become self-sufficient by helping to break the cycles of violence, substance abuse, poverty, and incarceration that have permeated their lives and placed them at increased risk for homelessness

Enhanced Emergency Housing

Since its inception in January, 2002, TPCS has provided housing and supportive services to over 395 individuals. Current programs are staffed 24 hours per day to ensure that resident needs are addressed in a timely manner. The goal of the program is to provide safe and secure housing and services in order to facilitate the successful transition of an individual and his/her children from a state of homelessness to independent living.
